Schedule a Postdoc Appointment
Schedule a one hour one-on-one appointment to discuss job documents, learn more about different career paths, practice a mock interview, or anything career development! Log into 12twenty and click the Appointments tab to view available time slots and schedule an appointment.
Appointment Details
- You can book appointments up to two weeks in advance.
- New appointment slots become available daily at midnight for the next 14 days.
- Current UCLA master’s students and recent UCLA master’s alumni (graduated in the past academic term) may book up to one appointment per week.
- One-on-one appointments may be available in-person or on Zoom. Please select your desired format from the available options when scheduling your appointment.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a need to reschedule the appointment for another time. Cancellations should be done at least 24 hours ahead of the appointment time.
- 3 or more late arrivals, late cancellations, or missed appointments will result in an account block.
