Recruiters will experience higher engagement with qualified applicants, create targeted outreach and access a curated, user-friendly platform.

Weekly Employer Drop-ins

Our appointment-free virtual employer drop in hours are for you! Starting May 29th, a portion will be dedicated to helping employers get on 12twenty! This is an alternative to joining the lunch and learn sessions.

Transitioning to a new platform is a significant undertaking, and this decision was made thoughtfully and intentionally. 12twenty enables us to own and manage our data, provides greater customization beyond standardized solutions, and allows us to tailor the platform to the unique needs of our campus community. It also offers users convenient access to market data, salary insights, and employer information.

For students, 12twenty delivers a more personalized, intuitive, and secure experience, making it easier to discover opportunities, access resources, and receive the support they need. For employers, the platform enhances recruiting efforts by enabling direct engagement with candidates who are the strongest fit for their opportunities.

There is a 2 business day approval timeline to approve all new employers and 5 business days for job postings. We appreciate your patience.

During our transition period (May – July) wait times might be longer (4-5 business days). For quicker approvals, join our Lunch and Learns or Employer Drop-ins to request same day access. See details above.

Revisit the password requirements. 12twenty requires that passwords be at least 10 characters long, have at least one upper and lowercase letter, include at least one number, and have at least one special character. Once your account is active, you can always reset your password in account settings.

Signing up and posting jobs is completely free. Keep in mind that employer profiles and posted job opportunities take a few business days to be approved. Please be sure to fill in all of the required fields; missing information may delay approval.

Certain features such as announcements, candidate search, or promoting jobs is reserved for our Employer Partners.

Employers will have to manually log in to 12twenty and create their profile, which includes manually transferring your information. If you need some assistance, contact us at recruiting@career.ucla.edu, join our Employer Drop Ins, or Lunch and Learn Sessions. See above for more information.

If you have previously used 12twenty with another college or university, use your existing E-mail Address and Password in the UCLA employer portal. If needed, you can use the Reset Your Password option to receive instructions to reset your password via the e-mail associated with your account.

Yes! Employers can still recruit Bruins as a Global Employer through12twenty, but this is a paid service. Job postings can be shared across multiple schools. Contacts should connect directly with their business or organization for access.

Announcements, candidate search, and promoted jobs will be reserved for UCLA Career Center Employer Partners.

Please be aware we will be guiding students away from Handshake after July 1 and the UCLA Career Center will no longer approve new jobs on Handshake after June 15. If your recruiting timeline carries over from June to July, we recommend that you:

  1. Download the applicant packages by the end of June,
  2. continue your recruiting through the UCLA 12twenty platform, and
  3. clearly communicate with students you recruited through Handshake that you have their application and will continue communications directly or through 12twenty.
