Majors Required:
Electromagnetics/Physics/Information Technology
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for new product project management, ensuring the achievement of project quality, schedule, risk, and cost objectives. Deliver high-performance, high-quality project outcomes and smoothly transition R&D into mass production.
2. Lead the formation of project teams based on project requirements, establish project performance goals, and develop project plans. Oversee project task execution and monitoring, manage client communication and engagement, and mitigate project risks.
3. Develop and implement project operation mechanisms, monitor development quality throughout the project lifecycle, and organize and coordinate project resources to ensure project objectives are met.
4. Manage and resolve anomalies during project execution, promptly coordinating and driving solutions for issues that impact quality, schedule, or cost. Escalate high-risk items to division management and implement corrective measures.
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher.
2. Background in Electromagnetics/Physics/Information Technology.
3. High English proficiency.
