PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Welcome all guests as they enter the store and provide them with an inviting and memorable experience.
- Efficiently and accurately take customer orders using our POS system, ensuring all transactions are correct and complete.
- Provide the highest level of customer service, addressing any questions or requests promptly and courteously.
- Have a thorough understanding of our menu items, including ingredients, allergies and benefits, to help customers make informed choices.
- Deliver guests’ food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Regularly check on guests at their tables to ensure they have everything they need and are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Assist in preparing and delivering delicious food to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members.
- Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
- Support with any additional duties assigned.
