We are looking for PhDs & PhD candidates for our paid internship program, where you will learn professional skills with the goal of becoming a Project Manager at ECA. The internship provides an understanding of our overall business by working across multiple practice areas and teams within our organization.
You will work closely with one of our current PhD Project Managers, focusing on project management skills, evidence-based recruiting methods, and leading business software. During the internship, you will have the opportunity to interact with members of our team, external candidates, and clients to experience a career in professional services.
The program is a sixteen-week, full-time internship designed to transition into a permanent Project Manager role, serving as a mutual evaluation of whether this career path is the right fit for both you and ECA
