What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP Strategic Partners iXp Intern – Partner Management & Reporting
Location: Boston or near any SAP office
Expected start date to end date: December 2024 / January 2025
Contract duration: 6 months
Primary activities and responsibilities would be:
- Providing basic support for select global strategic partners.
- Assisting our partner directors with reporting, analyzing and tracking sales opportunities in our internal sales tools, WorkSpan and CRM.
- Preparing for our planned migration from WorkSpan to CRM by helping the team with data hygiene and processes.
- Assist SAP account executives with questions on assigning a strategic partner to a sales opportunity in CRM.
- Coordination/support with line of business and market unit teams within the oCPO.
- Refine and enhance our hub support model to enable our strategic growth partners to become more self-sufficient.
- Provide enhanced visibility to NA sales leadership on where our strategic partners are impacting key deals.
- Streamline reporting for our field and partner resources.
- Minimize disruption to our business while migrating from WorkSpan to CRM.
- Develop and enhance reporting for partner directors to allow them to focus more on the strategic parts of business.
- Maintain highest level of accuracy and comprehensiveness of partner activity in key deals.
- Provide support for strategic growth partners (account team alignment, enablement, etc.).
- Support operations group on migration off WorkSpan to CRM.

- Solid familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and WordPowerBI a plus.
- Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week
