Description

The Junior Analyst is a key team member of the Augmented Intelligence & Measurement team, with a primary focus on supporting healthcare research and analytics across a portfolio of clients. The Junior Analyst will help advance the impact of analytics across Lippe Taylor as a strategic partner to our clients and will contribute to a culture of increase data literacy and data driven decision-making. The role will be actively across multiple projects and programs and will continue to work on innovative ways to report and measure results for our clients to better understand key insights that answer critical questions and will be able to communicate results quantitatively, contextually and with a storytelling mindset to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in projects by supporting data export, aggregation, deck development, analysis execution, and the creation of actionable insights for client presentations.
  • Gather, aggregate, and manage data from platforms like Talkwalker and Audience Tools like Helixa and Resonate, ensuring accuracy and integration with client strategies.
  • Analyze data and formulate actionable insights that align with overall client business objectives.
  • Support exploratory analytics, including social listening, survey development, audience analysis, search analysis, and measurement.
  • Develop a solid understanding of earned media, social, digital, and other measurement frameworks while learning proprietary methodologies.
  • Program, execute, and oversee primary research projects utilizing partner research tools.
  • Participate in internal status meetings and confidently share reporting and insights during client-facing interactions.
  • Deliver ongoing reporting and optimization recommendations, providing clients with insights into consumer behavior, KPIs, and performance across multiple lines of business.
  • Manage recurring reports and ad-hoc project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Creative, Planning, Engagement, and Digital) to guide decision-making and project execution.
  • Take ownership of projects, managing up and ensuring deadlines are met effectively.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge in a communications and marketing agency, developing, executing, and reporting on earned, owned and paid campaigns
  • Some knowledge of social media landscape, including emerging platforms and best practices
  • Must have healthcare research experience
  • Some experience using social listening and real-time data tools (i.e. Talkwalk, Resonate, Infegy, etc.); audience segmentation (i.e. social media audience segmentation with third party platforms or manually) and dashboarding tools (Google Web Analytics)
  • Strong knowledge of excel (power-user is preferred)
  • Ability to drive business forward and willing to gather, maintain and report out on data
  • Ability to demonstrate critical and analytical thinking
  • Passion for, and interest in?social and emerging media
  • Strong organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to juggle multiple assignments / clients and cope with stressful situations
  • Ability to prioritize and handle high-volume detailed work
  • Be enthusiastic, flexible and willing to go beyond assigned duties
  • Be a strong team player and able to work autonomously
  • Demonstrate self-motivation to learn and grow as an analyst, be curious and always try to learn that latest in the field
