SageWest Health Care is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to lead and support our clinical laboratory team in Lander, WY. This is a great opportunity for experienced lab professionals ready to take the next step into leadership.
You’ll help oversee daily lab operations, support staff training and scheduling, ensure quality control and compliance, and collaborate with lab leadership to maintain excellent patient care.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
3+ years of clinical lab experience (leadership experience preferred)
MT or MLS certification preferred
