Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk/Office Administrator to support our back office operations. The Accounting Clerk/Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with basic accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers
- Assist with payroll processing and expense reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding payments
- Perform data entry and administrative accounting tasks
- Other Duties as required
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred)
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar office admin role
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online and Desktop)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
