The Role:

Geotarget is seeking driven, competitive, and coachable Associate Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing digital advertising sales team. This is a full-cycle sales role built for motivated, entry-level professionals who want a true career path in sales — not just a job.

Full Cycle Sales:
Prospecting → Calling → Presenting → Closing

This role is performance-based, skill-focused, and designed for individuals who want their effort to directly impact their income, growth, and advancement.

No college degree required — just drive, discipline, and a desire to win.

What You’ll Do

-Make 60+ outbound calls per day to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide

-Run the full sales cycle, including prospecting, booking meetings, building audiences, presenting solutions, and closing deals

-Sell Geotarget’s complete advertising suite, including:

-Geofencing & audience targeting

-Video ad creation

-Content and campaign support

-Full analytics and reporting

-Use a proven calling script and psychological sales framework focused on urgency, exclusivity, and commitment

-Participate in daily coaching, call reviews, and performance improvement sessions

-Follow a structured playbook and training process designed for high performers

What We’re Looking For:

-Recent grads with relevant degree/experience

-Highly motivated, competitive, and performance-driven

-Confident and composed on the phone

-Coachable, with a growth mindset

-Process-oriented and able to follow proven systems

-Strong in time management and follow-through

-Comfortable presenting, handling objections, and closing deals

-Authorized to work in the U.S. and based domestically

Compensation & Career Path:

Base Salary: $45,000

Commission: 6.5% on all closed deals

Growth Track:

-High-performing reps who close 25 deals earn promotion opportunities, including:

Promotion: Base Salary increases to $55,000 after advancement

-Increased commission rate

-Bonus opportunities totaling $75,000+

-SDR and intern support to fuel your pipeline

-Advanced sales training and leadership development

-Training & Development

This is not a “figure it out yourself” role. You’ll receive structured, hands-on training in:

-Phone systems and same-day sales cycles

-Script mastery, pacing, tone, and objection handling

-One-call-close methodology

-Psychological qualifying frameworks

-Geotarget’s exclusive audience and targeting model

-Training is reinforced through daily coaching, live support, and ongoing mentorship from top sales leaders.
