Position Summary
The Brand Marketing Intern will support the development and execution of the company’s brand identity and marketing initiatives across digital, print, and event channels. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B marketing within the legal technology and litigation support space.
The intern will work closely with the marketing team to help maintain brand consistency, contribute to content creation, and assist in executing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Support & Execution
Assist in maintaining and applying brand guidelines across marketing materials and platforms.
Support the development of messaging and positioning aligned with the company’s value proposition.
Digital Presence (Website & Social Media)
Help manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Assist in scheduling and publishing social media posts across platforms such as LinkedIn and X.
Monitor engagement metrics and contribute ideas to improve performance.
Content & Collateral Development
Support the creation of marketing materials including one-pagers, case studies, presentations, and email content.
Conduct basic research to support content development and storytelling initiatives.
Assist with editing and formatting content to align with brand standards.
Trade Shows & Events
Assist in preparing materials and logistics for industry trade shows and conferences.
Support coordination of promotional items, collateral, and booth setup.
Help track leads and organize post-event follow-up materials.
Market Research
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences within the legal and litigation support space.
Compile findings into summaries to support marketing strategy and campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to support ongoing initiatives.
Assist with product launches, announcements, and campaign execution.
Reporting & Analytics
Help track basic marketing metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
Support the preparation of reports and dashboards.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in B2B marketing, legal technology, or professional services.
Exposure to content creation, branding, or social media management.
Familiarity with marketing tools (CMS platforms, email marketing tools, or analytics platforms) is a plus.
