As an Associate Consultant for Cognitive Consulting, your primary responsibility will be client services.

More specifically, your duties will include:

  • Helping internal team members carry out consulting initiatives from strategic planning to implementation
  • Supporting the high-quality execution of marketing and consulting projects
  • Monitoring the progress of the project at each stage to ensure cost effectiveness and timely completion
  • Assessing clients’ needs, developing customized solutions and work materials
  • Creating work products with actionable recommendations for clients
  • Assisting with data analysis and report writing
  • Conducting primary and secondary research and analysis to help discover insights for clients
  • Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and leverage the learnings internally and externally
  • Attending on-site client meetings for report delivery
  • Assisting in the development of creative materials (infographics, marketing pieces)

Requirements:

· 3.5 minimum GPA

· Experience with Microsoft Suite and SPSS a plus

· Work / school experience in consulting and/ or research a plus

· Critical thinking and creative problem-solving

· Naturally inquisitive / curious and proactively seeks self-learning opportunities

· Willing to travel domestically and internationally with fellow team members

· Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment

· Respects timelines and delivers high quality tasks on schedule
