The Customer Engagement Associate position will be the direct contact for the community and our client, creating brand awareness, helping promote the mission, services and products, driving sales and building long-lasting relationships for a positive brand experience. The Customer Engagement Associate will be a personable and respectful individual, driven by helping the community and developing skills furthering their career in sales and customer service.
Requirements for the Customer Engagement Associate:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and the community, presenting the services and products we have to offer face-to-face, creating tailored solutions best suited to their needs.
- Identify opportunities to drive sales, walk customers through the sales process, handle sensitive information professionally and respectfully.
- Drive community engagement by directly participating in conversations with customers, addressing questions and concerns and actively seeking to resolve their issues.
- Create informative presentations on our services, products and upcoming promotions and price advantages for a full customer experience.
- Plan, coordinate and execute community outreach events in collaboration with other Customer Engagement Associates to achieve company sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints, keeping accurate sales records and addressing their needs.
Qualifications for the Customer Engagement Associate:
- Previous experience in a customer facing position such as sales, customer service and account management, and community engagement is a plus.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor, with the ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time.
- People skills, being able to relate to customers and engage with them with empathy and patience.
- Team player approach, collaborate with other Customer Engagement Associates and share best practices.
- Adaptable capable of quick thinking and problem solving.
- Natural leadership skills, being able to delegate tasks.
