Halee Harrell
Associate Director, Industry Relations & Experiential Learning
Halee is the Associate Director for Industry Relations & Experiential Learning. In her role, she connects Bruins to the employment opportunities of their dreams by bridging the gap between industry and higher education. Halee works to democratize the often elusive tips and practices UCLA students can take advantage of to showcase themselves as highly competitive applicants. After the achievement of completing a degree from UCLA, Bruins deserve to work in a field that is fulfilling and meaningful to them!
Halee holds a B.A. in Business Management from Western Washington University and an M.S. in College Counseling and Student Development from Azusa Pacific University.
Halee is passionate about student career readiness and the value that making genuine connections in college can have on the each student’s career journey, pursuit of upward social mobility, finding workplace fulfillment, and lifetime mental health & wellbeing.

Lilia Elias
Industry Relations Manager
Lilia Elias is an Industry Relations Manager with over 20 years experience in career services. Lilia is dedicated to assisting employers within the Entertainment, Consumer Services and Health Industries make impactful connections at UCLA. As a multicultural woman with a background in psychology and criminal justice, Lilia extremely values Justice, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
When Lilia is not connecting students with meaningful opportunities, she volunteers at her local non-profit organizations assisting senior citizens, animals and expanding the world of arts in her community.

Constituent Services Coordinator
Andrea joined the UCLA Career Center in the fall of 2022 and brought with her 16 years of Arts & Culture leadership and professional experience in university museums and nonprofits. She has an academic background in Art History and Museum Studies from Florida International University and the University of Washington, respectively. Andrea also enjoys a variety of academic interests and hobbies that run the gamut of STEAM with particular love for motorsports, aviation, and higher education. As Constituent Services Coordinator, she serves the Industry Relations and Experiential Learning team, students, employers, and campus partners by providing information, tools, resources, and Handshake support. She informs her work and projects with solid principles and ethics that help advance the Career Center’s and UCLA’s missions.

Industry Relations Manager
Tim Mar is an Industry Relations Manager with over 20 years of experience in university and career services. As an Industry Relations Manager, Tim specializes in working with students and public service industry employers to make meaningful connections with each other. He also serves as the program manager for the UCDC Summer in Washington program supporting a cohort of Bruins each summer chosen to live in the UC Washington Center as they intern in Washington D.C. Tim is a Bruin alum with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology.
Alejandro Lopez
Industry Relations & Event Coordinator
Alejandro serves as the Industry Relations & Event Coordinator for Industry Relations and Experiential Learning at the UCLA Career Center. Since joining the Career Center in 2024, he has been instrumental in supporting the IREL team, students, and employers. As the Employer Relations Manager, he is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections between our talented students and top-tier employers. He informs students about opportunities to engage in internships, jobs, and networking events through communication channels and newsletters. His approach is rooted in collaboration, ensuring that both students and employers have the resources they need to thrive in today’s competitive job market.
Prior to this role, Alejandro gained extensive experience in the restaurant industry, serving as a District Manager overseeing multiple restaurant locations across Southern California. In this capacity, he collaborated with business leaders and operations managers to foster a growth-oriented mindset, integrating leadership strategies to drive business development and financial performance.
Alejandro earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance from California State University, Long Beach. This esteemed institution equipped him with a robust financial principles and practices foundation, positioning him as a knowledgeable and capable professional.
Jennifer Wilson
Jennifer is the Assistant Director of Industry Relations & Experiential Learning at UCLA, bringing over 17 years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, industry relations, and leadership. Her passion is guiding students toward successful outcomes and building strong industry relationships to support their professional journeys.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Diverse Community Development Leadership from California State University, Northridge. As a Certified Higher Education Professional, Jennifer specializes in developing and implementing strategic plans to meet university goals. Her core strengths are communication, leadership, and problem-solving—she believes every challenge can be met with a solution.
Jennifer’s professional passion is fueled by her volunteer work with the Reach, Reach, Reach, and More Foundation. This non-profit is dedicated to helping economically disadvantaged, multicultural student-athletes in Los Angeles County. She helps them by providing comprehensive programs that enhance their academic success, athletic training, career development, and well-being. For Jennifer, connecting these students and all graduates to fitting opportunities is what truly drives her work.
