By reviewing & adopting these guidelines, together we can create a professional, fair, and successful recruiting environment for all.
Organizations who wish to participate in on-campus events like career fairs and info sessions will be asked to affirm their review and compliance with the above guidelines.
The UCLA Career Center is committed to being a connection point between employers,
recruiters, and the UCLA Campus Community.
In pursuit of this mission, the Career Center hosts on-campus and virtual services designed to support employers in their efforts to recruit and hire Bruins for actual or anticipated employment opportunities. We expect recruiters to abide by the following guidelines as they participate in all recruitment activities at UCLA, including but not limited to: posting jobs and internships on 12twenty, hosting info sessions, participating in on-campus interviews, and attending career fairs.
We expect all employers and recruiters who wish to participate in campus recruiting at UCLA to follow all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including guidelines defined by Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for Prohibited Employment Practices.
The UCLA Career Center also recommends all employers and their representatives familiarize themselves with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Principles for Ethical Professional Practice prior to recruiting at UCLA.
12twenty
All University Recruiting arranged with the UCLA Career Center will be conducted in whole or in part using the online platform 12twenty.
