Internship Planning for 2008-2009
Believe it or not, many of the best summer internship programs will recruit for 2009 as early as fall quarter -- and local school-year assignments may start before September. What's more, some companies allow you to pre-apply or express interest in specific internships prior to the main recruiting dates. Understanding how and when to apply is your first step to securing a great assignment. This workshop will show you effective search and application techniques for positions in LA and other cities. Join us and make internship planning your most productive summer project! Before attending, please send a note with your internship goals and ideas to Chris Howell at chowell@career.ucla.edu.
