BruinView™ for Alumni
is a six month subscription for access to BruinView™
online job listings. This
is an Alumni Association service (or benefit) exclusively for UCLA alumni and graduates
of other UC campuses. Note: Membership in
the UCLA Alumni Association
is required.
$30 for UCLA Degree Holder with Alumni Association Membership
$75 for non-UCLA UC Degree Holders with Alumni Association
Membership
- Exclusive BruinView™ Listings, available 24 hours a day on the web,
with hundreds of current full time, part time, and seasonal openings in Southern
California and nationwide.
- Career Center Lab access during regular business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm).
- A multimedia collection of 3,000 books, directories, videos, periodicals,
annual reports, and other materials is available for your use in the Career
Center Lab.

AlumLink™
Career Counseling Services (at your convenience)
Only $475 for Eligible UC Degree Holders
The UCLA Career Center now provides UC alumni with the convenience and dynamics
of online confidential career counseling. You can literally use this unique
and exclusive service, Bruin AlumLink™, from anywhere in the world! Even
the application process is completed on the web -- you verify your alumni status,
register your profile, and pay with your credit card -- all through our secure
web site. What’s best is that you do all that and more – never having
to leave your home or office – no traffic; no parking; no hassles.
Here are some of the services and benefits for Bruin AlumLink™ subscribers:
- Online assessments to help you to define your skills, objectives and interests.
- Personalized, objective, and confidential sessions with a certified counselor.
- 120 minutes of telephone counseling, scheduled at your convenience.

Resume Critique
Only $60 for UC Degree Holders
During these challenging and competitive times, you only have one chance to
make a first impression! To be confident that your resume represents you effectively,
have it professionally scrutinized before you send it to prospective employers.
The UCLA Career Center offers an exclusive and expert resume analysis for a
reasonable fee (less than half the cost as in the commercial marketplace). Your
resume will be thoroughly examined by a professional career counselor. In five
business days, you'll receive a personal email with constructive feedback and
advice specifically geared to enhancing your resume for your job targets!

*Credentials
File Service
$75 per year for UCLA Degree Holders
A credentials file is a collection of letters of recommendation, non-specifically
addressed, written in support of a particular person's application for employment
in the field of higher education, psychology, research,
and librarianship. For an annual fee of $75, you may open a
credentials file at the UCLA Career Center.

*Letters of Reference Services (For FAQs, click here.)
$75 Activation Fee + *Letter Fee
These are services that allow UCLA undergraduates, graduates, and alumni (who pay an annual activation fee) to store their letters of reference for graduate and professional school programs with our department. Since these letters are solely for the purpose of supporting the application to graduate and professional school programs, we will only send letters to admissions offices at universities and colleges. We will not send letters to support applications to scholarships, fellowships, or internships. Since the purpose of these services is to send
For standard mail, the letter fee is $8 each for the first two schools, $4 for each subsequent school per request, regardless of the number of letters requested.
For Priority Mail, the letter fee is $20 for each school, regardless of the number of letters requested.
