During these challenging and competitive times, you only have one chance to make a first impression! To be confident, have your resume represent you effectively by having it professionally scrutinized before you send it to prospective employers. The UCLA Career Center offers an exclusive and expert resume analysis. Your resume will be thoroughly examined by a professional career counselor. Within five business days, you'll receive a personal email with constructive feedback and advice specifically geared to enhancing your resume for your job targets!

Please note that this online service provides critiques of resumes only and does not include review of cover letters or CV's. If you need these services, please bring your cover letter or CV in during the Drop In Counseling hours at the Career Center.)
The following information and tips are important to understand before you submit your resume for a critique:
1 - As you start this online process, you will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire. This will help us customize our service for you.
2 - When you upload your resume file, make sure it's a Word document only (no PDFs or other formats).
3 - Due to the high volume of inquiries, you may only submit the same resume a total of two times. The Career Center will retain your critiqued resume on file for one full year.
4 - We highly recommend that you visit the Online Resume Writing Workshop prior to submitting your resume.
