UCLA Career Center
Monday 19 ~ Tuesday 20 ~ Wednesday 21 ~ Thursday 22 ~ Friday 23

Monday, April 19, 2010
7pm, UCLA Career Center, Second Floor, Room 200

Brother, Sister, can you spare a million? Nonprofits are beholden to their fundraising and development departments, because without the support of  donations and grants, these institutions cease to exist. If you have a knack for conversation, and would love to work in an arts organization, university, professional association, health care company, or social service advocacy group, this may be the career for you. Meet those who have chosen this rewarding path and get the lowdown on getting the upgrade in vital currency.

Speakers include (subject to change):

Natalie Burdick, Constituent Development Manager, Heal the Bay

Lindsay Crook, Development Associate, Craft and Folk Art Museum

Vincent M. Cummings, Associate Director, Development, UCLA School of the Arts  and Architecture

Darryl Mori, Vice President, Japanese American National Museum
