Health School Information Fair

Monday, April 17, 10:00am-3:00pm, Ackerman Ballroom 

This large-scale specialized fair brings together competitive medical and health school programs to recruit UCLA’s bright pre-health professions population.  Representatives from medical, dental, pharmacy, public health, optometry, physical therapy, nursing, veterinary, applied life sciences, post-bac, and related programs are encouraged to register. Schools have the opportunity to engage hundreds of UCLA Bruins and inform them of admissions criteria, the curriculum, special programs, graduate outcomes and ways of financing a graduate education.    

Pricing & Registration Types:

  • Standard Registration: ($550) Includes one table and lunch for two recruiters.
  • UC School Package ($275) Includes one table and lunch for two recruiters.

The event will be held in the Ackerman Grand Ballroom:

  • 308 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles, CA
  • Check-in/registration will begin at 9:00am

Parking:

You will be able to park in Parking Structure 4. Please enter at the north side of campus via Sunset Boulevard at the Westwood Plaza entrance. Drive to the Parking information Kiosk and they will direct you to nearby Structure 4. You will be required to pay a $12 UCLA parking fee for a pass. (Please Note: effective September 2013, UCLA no longer accepts credit card payment for parking – Cash Only.) This pass entitles you to access the lot and not necessarily a reserved spot. An interactive Campus Map is available for your convenience.

Parking Tip: Parking near the south end of the structure will bring you closest to the event.

Our team will be available to greet you in Ackerman Grand Ballroom. You are invited to arrive as early as 9:00am.

Important Cancellation Information:

If you cancel your registration for any reason more than five business days prior to the Fair or Targeted Event date, we will refund your registration fee, minus a $75 administrative fee. No fee will be charged for transfers to other fairs if your request is received within five business days of the start of the Fair or Targeted Event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested less than five business days prior to the start of the Fair.
