Register For Career Fairs

Career fairs sponsored by the UCLA Career Center offer cost-effective and time-efficient recruiting. You'll get on-the-spot access to up to 2,000 UCLA students…in one place, in a short amount of time. Several fairs are held throughout the academic year. Any private or public enterprise offering bona fide career positions and internships to UCLA students is invited to enjoy the benefits of career fair participation. Employment agencies that generate revenue from placement of students are subject to a $1500 registration fee.

*Please note: Some fairs have the Standard option only. Additional lunches may be purchased. The parking fee is not included but parking is available on campus.

 

Several registration options are available, depending on the specific fair.  A Standard registration will usually provide one table at a career fair, and will include paid lunch (or dinner) for two recruiters (additional lunches may be purchased for a modest fee), signage, and marketing of your company to students.  A light dinner or refreshments is usually provided at evening programs. A Premier registration provides all the amenities of our standard rate, but includes prime location within the Fair, usually a table at the front of the room, or a corner location accessible to a greater flow of traffic. Four paid lunches (or dinner) are included with a premier registration.  We also have Standard Double and Premier Double options available if you prefer the space of two tables (recommended for organizations bringing more than 4 recruiters).  Please note that some fairs only have the Standard registration option available.
