CAMPUS INTERVIEWS You may request a scheduled visit through our BruinView™ system. The process culminates with interviews conducted in private rooms at the Career Center, located in the heart of the UCLA campus. CAMPUS INTERVIEW OPTIONS Types of Schedules The standard interview schedule consists of thirteen 30-minute interviews beginning at 8:30 am and ending at 4:45 pm. Schedules can be customized to accommodate 45- and 60-minute interviews. Short morning and afternoon breaks and a one-hour lunch period (Noon – 1 pm) are built into each schedule. Pre-select schedules let you review resumes and choose preferred candidates to interview on the day of your campus visit. The BruinView™ system makes it easy to rank and select candidates online, download resumes and cover letters, and communicate with applicants via email. Open schedules allow students who meet your requirements to sign up on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no pre-screening, and resumes are not required as part of the signup process. “Room Only” Schedules: If you do not use our web-based system to schedule interviews, a list of candidates with interview appointments must be provided to the Career Center prior to meeting with the students. A “Room only” schedule may be an appropriate choice for employers who prefer to signup students on-the-spot at a job fair, or those who are holding second round interviews. |
